Willenhall Money Advice is a specialised service that we run at our Stafford St premises for the benefit of local people. We provide free debt advice and advocacy for people living in Willenhall and the vicinity. As a registered charity, we never charge for the work that we do.

Our philosophy:-

‘People centred, putting the client and their needs first, providing client-led, solution based, money advice in a professional, friendly and welcoming way’.

As well as specialist money advice, we also provide specific energy advice and council tax help. We can help people with personal debts in many other ways including debt management plans, arranging bankruptcy or IVA's and maximising income. We can also help with form filling, DLA applications and appeals against DWP decisions. Remember - we will never charge any client for the work we do and we will stay with you for as long as you think you need our help. We will even attend court with you if it comes to that ... whatever.

Willenhall Money Advice offers the Institute of Money Advisors’ self-help facility to assist individuals to work through existing debts and prevent problems re-occurring. We aim to build confidence so that individuals become empowered to deal with their own issues effectively and maintain the positive change in their lives. We continue to promote and develop partnership working with other agencies and organisations. We have created close links with Registered Social Landlords in the area. We can also make fast-track referrals to the local mortgage rescue schemes.
